At Catering by Michaels, we have to admit that one of our most favorite meals is one that many wouldn’t consider “necessary”. Of course, we’d beg to differ—dessert is the most important meal of the day (ok, after breakfast that is).

Layers of salty caramel and peanut butter nougat baked in a chocolate crust, and garnished with chocolate covered pretzels. A staff favorite!
FROZEN LIME MARGARITA PUSH-POPS
Salted rim & lime garnish.
House-made pistachio, strawberry and chocolate gelato stacked over feuittine crunch and served with hot fudge. Pistachio streusel, candied pistachios, dehydrated strawberries and strawberry gelee garnish.
MAPLE POT DE CREME
Bourbon creme fraîche, almond crumble, praline air cake, house made cracker jack, mixed nut brittle, popcorn ice cream.
FLAMING BAKED ALASKA LOLLIPOP STATION
Uniformed chef to assist. French vanilla ice cream lollipop dipped in Italian meringue and torched.
WARM, BOURBON GLAZED DONUTS
Uniformed chef to flambée.
