Loft Lucia recently opened in the Chicago west loop. It is part of the same building that houses the restaurant Monteverde. With its prime location and easy access it is the perfect spot for a small wedding or rehearsal dinner. It features two floors that can be rented separately or together. The first floor is the larger of the two spaces holding 156 people. It also has an open kitchen so the guests can be a part of the cooking process. Upstairs not only has an indoor space but the window wall opens up to the rooftop deck. The deck is the perfect place for a ceremony and it can hold up to 73 people. Both spaces have a beautiful marble bar that compliments that exposed brick and hardwood floors.
