All side dishes and desserts are made in our kitchen, while entrees are cooked to order on a charcoal grill throughout your event for maximum flavor and enjoyment. Absolutely. As a catering company, we always put food first. We offer a variety of different menus for you to choose from, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items. Consult your Event Coordinator if you require specialty dishes for those with nut allergies or other dietary restrictions.

At all times. All of our employees are ServSafe certified. We also have refrigerated vehicles and ice packed coolers to keep food safe until it’s time to throw it on the grill.
Depends. When discussing venues, our staff will let you know if any permits are required. If they are, we’ll gladly coordinate them for you.

Yes. Our function directors and managers are summer festival certified annually by the City of Chicago. We also have a full liquor license and insurance, and all of our bartenders are Basset trained and licensed by the state of Illinois.
Weather can be unpredictable at times, depending on the time of year. That’s why we always have a back-up plan in place. We can absolutely provide large tents if needed to cover the entire picnic area. Best to consult your Event Coordinator to discuss the likelihood of rain during your event and our different options for handling it.
